> Provecho is a restaurant operating system: one web-based system that takes orders from the table, WhatsApp, the restaurant's own web store and the phone, and runs the point of sale, kitchen display, cash drawer, recipe-level inventory, staff permissions and reports. It is sold in Mexico (Spanish, MXN) and the United States (English, USD) at one flat monthly price per location, with no commission on table or web store sales and 2% on WhatsApp orders that the restaurant recovers through channel pricing, and it runs in the browser on hardware the restaurant already owns.

- Sales channels: a WhatsApp bot that takes the whole order including modifiers and delivery details, a web store on the restaurant's own domain, table service and phone orders, all landing in the same system.
- Floor and checks: floor plan, modifiers that inherit down the menu tree, items scheduled by day or time, happy-hour and per-channel pricing, check splitting, transfers, and reopening a closed check with manager approval.
- Kitchen: tickets routed to the screen of the station they belong to (kitchen, bar, expo), bump and recall, coursing, sound on new orders, a pickup display, and waste, stock adjustments and receiving from the kitchen screen.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does net 0% commission work?
We charge no commission on table and web store orders. On WhatsApp orders we charge 2% of the food and drink subtotal, and the system lets you set different prices for that channel, so you recover the 2% and your net commission is zero. If you would rather not price the channel separately, the 2% is yours to absorb.

### Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel whenever, no penalty and no extra months to pay.

### Is the price per location or per restaurant?
Per location. Each physical site pays its own monthly price.

### Do I have to buy equipment?
No. Provecho opens in the browser, so it runs on the iPads, tablets, kitchen screens and printers you already have. If you're short a tablet, buy it wherever you like at whatever price — you don't buy it from us.

### Do I have to switch payment terminals?
No. Use the one you already have with your bank. The system records card and transfer payments; you keep charging on your own terminal.

### How long does setup take?
Five business days. We load your menu, set up WhatsApp, build your web store, install the iPads and train your team.

### What if the internet goes down?
The iPad keeps selling. It saves everything locally and syncs when the connection returns.

### ¿De verdad no hay comisión por venta?
No. Vendas lo que vendas y por el canal que sea, pagas la misma renta mensual. Cero por ciento.

### ¿Hay contrato de permanencia?
No. Mes a mes. Cancelas cuando quieras, sin penalización y sin pagar meses adicionales.

### ¿El precio es por sucursal o por restaurante?

### ¿Me obligan a cambiar de terminal de pago?
No. Usa la que ya tienes con tu banco. El sistema registra el cobro con tarjeta y transferencia; tú sigues cobrando con tu terminal.

### ¿Cuánto tarda la implementación?
Cinco días hábiles. Cargamos tu menú, configuramos WhatsApp, armamos tu tienda web, instalamos los iPads y capacitamos a tu equipo.

### ¿Y si se cae el internet?
El iPad sigue vendiendo. Guarda todo localmente y sincroniza cuando vuelve la conexión.
